Behind every loaf is our bakery chef, Don Blatt, who brings passion to the art of bread baking. Drawing on classic recipes and hands-on craftsmanship, Don ensures consistent quality and exceptional taste. His dedication is what gives our bread its character and warmth.

our story
For me, homemade bread has always meant comfort, family, and care. My grandmother taught me how to bake in a real wood-fired oven, and that love for real bread stayed with me.

Today, our bakery is my second home. Together with my wife, we develop recipes, select the finest natural ingredients, and make sure every guest feels welcome.
